We put passion into everything we do; and we're committed to good practice - always striving to do the right thing when it comes to all our stakeholders including our special suppliers, customers and consumers as well as our lovely team at LRS.
To work together efficiently, and to really get the best out of each other, it helps to be familiar with our ethical practices and codes of conduct. The documents below are pretty formal and official-looking, but they definitely help us all to understand how people in the business should be treated, and the fair and open culture we live by at LRS.
We always act with integrity, and pride ourselves on an open and transparent culture that's driven by our brand values. We have an Ethics & Compliance Committee who regularly review our behaviours, policies and procedures to make sure we're right on track. In 2014 we introduced an LRS whistle-blowing hotline to allow for flagging of unethical or negative behaviours, as part of our compliance commitment
