We want to revolutionise the soft drinks world. In true Yatte Minahare style, we’re on a mission to quench the world’s thirst for amazing flavours with exciting, life-enhancing drinks.
Some people just make things happen. They inspire, they go the extra mile and they evolve; continually striving to be the best that they can be. And that’s what makes us extra special at Lucozade Ribena Suntory.
Every one of us plays a massive part in creating soft drinks brands that stand out from the crowd. And a combination of European, Japanese and British influences make us culturally unique.
We’re proud to be part of the Suntory Group - one of the most innovative food and drink companies in the world. Founded in 1899, Suntory now employs more than 42,000 people across the globe through its 337 holding companies.
Trust, commitment, team work and a devotion to the consumer is our driving force. And the Japanese spirit of Yatte Minahare (Go for it!) is at the heart of all we do.
Our iconic brands, Lucozade and Ribena, are at our heart and loved by consumers throughout the world. These brands have evolved with more than 85 years of knowledge, insight and expertise. And today, our thirst for innovation and desire to create some of the nation’s best-loved drinks is still going strong.
We’ll never stop refreshing, revitalising and loving what we do. You could say we’ve got a taste for it.
Best practice. Always.
We're really proud of all the work we do in the local community and enjoy collaborating closely with our brilliant partners. We put passion into everything we do; and we're committed to good practice - always striving to do the right thing when it comes to all our stakeholders including our special suppliers, customers and consumers as well as our lovely team at LRS.
To work together efficiently, and to really get the best out of each other, it helps to be familiar with our ethical practices and codes of conduct. The documents below are pretty formal and official-looking, but they definitely help us all to understand how people in the business should be treated, and the fair and open culture we live by at LRS.
We always act with integrity, and pride ourselves on an open and transparent culture that's driven by our brand values. We have an Ethics & Compliance Committee who regularly review our behaviours, policies and procedures to make sure we're right on track. In 2014 we introduced an LRS whistle-blowing hotline to allow for flagging of unethical or negative behaviours, as part of our compliance commitment
